To create a new flow, simply go to the Flows tab in the main menu (1), and click on the New Flow button (2).
Label
- Label - Enter the name of the flow that best describes its purpose. (1).

✍🏻 NOTE: Name of the flow will be only shown to the user if there is multiple flows connected to one event

- Info - enter info text to describe the flow (2)
- Save configuration(3)
Set Up
- Flow Details - click to change status to Active when flow is ready (1)
- Capture Methods - select which of capture methods will be available for end users & which one will be primary one (2)
- Edit Questions - click to create flow questions (3)
- Flow Statistics - You can view the creation and modification dates of the flow, as well as the last time and place it was used, and the total number of times the flow has been used (4)
Flow Questions
- New Question - click to start to create new question (1)
- Select Object in Salesforce to Update - select which object would you like to update by this question (Lead, Contact or Task) or select Do Not Link to Salesforce if you don’t want that answer for this question will be send to Salesforce (2)

- Select Field to Update - select which field would you like to update by this question (3)
- Add 2nd Mapping - click this button if you would like to update other field for other object with the same answer (4)
