Romify enables you to download a list of leads from a selected event in CSV file format using the Export button (1). If you need to edit the CSV file or add additional information, you can easily upload the updated file back into Romify Hub using the Import button (2). This will automatically update all the leads on the list in both Romify Hub and the integrated CRM system.

<aside> ✍🏻 NOTE: You cannot import leads which are not in Romify, but you can update leads in Romify from also other systems. Romify will recognize leads in this order within the selected event: 1) Romify internal ID 2) Email 3) First name + last name combination.

Exporting Leads

• Filter Leads - First, select the event from which you want to export leads (1). Once you've made your selection, the Export button will become active and change to blue (2).

• Export Leads - Click the Export button to download a CSV file. You can then make any necessary changes or add any missing information directly to the file.

Importing Leads

• Filter Leads - First, select the event to which you want to import leads (1). Once you've made your selection, the Import button will become active and change to blue (2).

<aside> ✍🏻 NOTE: Please note that you can only import and update existing leads in Romify to edit their details or add additional information. It is not possible to add new leads to the event if they were not originally scanned by Romify.
