Events many times have huge amount of people condensed in small area and mobile networks and wifis might have issues of handling all devices and traffic. That’s why recommend few steps before going to the venue:

• Open your app on the previous day
• Check you are logged in
• Confirm you have the event you attending visible in the app. Click Main menu button (1) and check if your event is available in Events section (2)

With these steps Romify app has the available data to handle the event even in bad networks.
