Romify has introduced a more streamlined and user-friendly approach for inputting missing mandatory information and reviewing captured contact details. After scanning a badge or business card, Romify automatically processes and gathers all relevant contact information. Depending on the quality of the scan or your organization's settings, you may see either a green or red banner.

As Romify gathers the contact information, you can continue answering the subsequent questions in the flow. Initially, you will see a grey banner labeled "Gathering Contact Information", which will later update to either green or red depending on the results.

Green Banner

When all required data is successfully collected, a green banner will appear. Click the "View" button to review the results. Check out the video below for a detailed walkthrough.

In some cases, even if you receive a green banner, one of the key details (such as First Name, Last Name, or Company Name) may have been captured incorrectly. While reviewing the results, you have the option to correct these details and reanalyze the information. Check video to see how to do it:

Red Banner

A red banner will appear if the app is unable to capture any of the key information, such as First Name, Last Name, or Company Name. In this case, you'll need to fill in the missing details and reanalyze the results. Watch the video below for guidance.
