We’ve noticed that some of our European customers may encounter issues when opening CSV files exported from Romify. There are two common problems:

  1. Special Characters Not Displaying Correctly – Characters like ä, ö, and others may not be read properly.
  2. Comma Separation Not Recognized – Excel may not separate the data into columns as expected with comma-separated files.

To resolve these issues, please follow these steps:

Open CSV file through PQ (Power Query) using the Get Data dropdown
